Job Title: Sales Manager – Financial Services

Reports to: Head of FW Financial Services

Job Location: Office No. A105, 1st Floor, Gera’s Imperium Oasis, Next to Bank of Maharashtra, Pimpri, Pune – 411018.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Family Financial Advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of financial advisors, and providing expert financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals and families.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives,   expand market share, and increase revenue.

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of financial advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.

- Financial Planning: Provide expert financial guidance on investment, tax, estate, and retirement planning.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.

 

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years in financial services sales management, preferably in family financial advisory.

- Qualifications: Professional certifications like Finance Graduates & Post Graduates, or equivalent.

- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.

- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, driving business growth.
