Our company provides comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families. We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Front Office Executive to join our Firststar Wealth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing front-office operations, and supporting our team of financial advisors.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and families, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.

- Front Office Management: Manage the front office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional environment.

- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for financial advisors and clients. - Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

- Team Support: Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks, preparing client documents, and conducting research.

- Event Planning: Coordinate client events, seminars, and workshops, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.

-Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. 

Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years in a front office or client service role, preferably in financial services.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Client Focus: Strong client-centric approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other business applications.

- Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
